Record preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, tool room.
All tech. requirements of maintenance and production & other utilities (Tooling, Spares & consumables)
To manage the all the schedule and preventive maintenance activities.
To check and Monitor Heat treatment Process(Carburising,Hardening & Tempering)
Monitoring of Incoming raw Material, Bought out, Machined Component.
Preparation of Goods receipt report (GRR) for Incoming Materials.
Monitoring production process at various stages(Turning,Milling,welding & Grinding etc}
To performs and check out defects in welding by Visual check, & D.P.Test
Monitoring of assembly & performance of final test on UTM.
Controlling of product in process and conducting Final Inspection and Pre dispatch Inspection.
Finding root cause and elimination of defects and conduct training and technical know how to the work man and other concerned people.
To take Corrective and Preventive Action to avoid recurrence of the problem.
Identification of necessary procedure to follow for measuring instruments and gauges for people usage.
Preparing calibration plan and maintain calibration record.
Auditing vendors to upkeep the quality of components.
Quality/Production level communication with Internal, external parties.
Maintaining data base records for documentation as per norms.
