• Strong working knowledge of computer and network installation, configuration, diagnostics and repair.
• Competent in upgrading computer OS’s, hardware, associated software and applications.
• Strong working knowledge of VMWare workstation 7.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows (7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server, 2000, ME, 98) and Dos operating systems.
• CCNA (Cisco certified network associate), A+, Network+ (network essentials) and Server+ (Server Essentials) qualified.
• Good knowledge of LAN and WLAN fundamentals and the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Extensive experience with MS Office 2007 & 2003 packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Windows API programming (C++), MathCAD, MS Access, MS Project and Visio.
