Role & Responsibility
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
1 Facilitate teachers community to integrate Information Communication Tech tools effectively
2. Guide and train teachers on various products to implemnt ICS programs
3. Coordinate with School and teachers to create the session plan for scheduling ICT usage
4. Work towards customer satifaction and customer retention
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
1 Provide feedback to improve existing products/develop new products
2. Syllabus mapping to be done for all schools that have taken CAL/CAT
3. Monitor and give feedback on the session plan progress in all schools
4. Support sales team in giving demo on subject related products
5. Contribute to DnD in content development (like Web Links, GSP Sketches) and validating content before deployment
Education Qualification (Mandatory)BSc (PCM) + Bed (preferable from RIE) |
