Understanding the Resource Manager’s requirements for the US IT recruitment and marketing.
Preparing the documentation on Resource Manager’s requirements on both recruitment and marketing.
Building vendor contacts on a daily basis and categorizing them according to the technology, location, domain they deal with.
Following up with the vendors/companies for the applied requirements and coordinating with the candidate/consultant/Job seeker in order to schedule a call between the vendor and the candidate to get the candidates resume submitted for the applied job.
Screening the resume of a Job seeker/candidate/consultant and should talk to him to understand his technical background, expectations, preferences, reason for the change etc.
Modifying the resume/getting the modified resume from the consultant according to the industry standard
Framing different job search strategies (marketing cycle) according to the job seeker/resume
Following the complete marketing cycle ( some of the strategies like posting the resume, searching & applying for requirements in job portals such as Dice, Monster, C2C etc.., LinkedIn, Vendor contacts etc)
Following up with the vendors/companies for updates on the submittals
Coordinating with the vendor and candidate regarding the interview schedules, feedbacks etc.
Follow up with the short listed candidates.(w.r.t. rate negotiation, H1B Transfer, joining date, reference check, etc..) .
Proof reading the vendor company contracts and placement orders.
Must be willing to work in the night shift
