Job Description |
Work closely with the Business & Project Manager / Project Lead to understand requirements.
*
To analyse requirements, perform impact analysis, estimation and design modules.
*
Lead the team from technical perspective
*
Provide accurate status on deliverables and risk throughout the project
*
Carry out reviews to ensure that quality goals are met around project deliverables.
*
Help plan for and support implementation activities.
*
Share technical knowledge with the team and contribute in skill building.
*
Contribute to technical evaluation during recruitment drives
Key deliverables:
* Traceability Matrix, Architecture and application design, Technical Design, Code Reviews, Test Scripts, Implementation Plan.
Scope of Role:
* Analysis, design, code reviews, task estimation, meeting timelines, testing, mentoring, taking part in recruitment activities, participates in stakeholder communication.
Person Specification
Essential:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience is required
* Should be aware of SDLC of a development project
* Analytical and problem solving attitude.
* Good presentation and inter-personal skills.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills.
* Must be a fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
* Strong team player; able to accept and deliver assistance to meet deadlines; self-directed, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business needs
